because i was the one who built all of the domes, and tunnels, i have made my character a scientist who designed all of the domes and tunnels for this world. here is a picture of my character

slight dome changes

As you can see above i have changed the textures of the domes to a metalic shiny texture. we decided to do this to give it a more futuristic look and look more like one entire space station. we also axed the transperent parts of the domes to make it more mysterious and make people go in each room rather than viewing them from outside.

i also made a livin quarters in one of the rooms as pictured below...

last building class

today was the last class we had to build our world. we have chosen to make 7 domes that each have a letter in them. the letters are then used to spell a password that allows you to enter the mmshare.

i made all of the domes and tunnels for the city as pictureds below...

we decided to make them multi coloured because we kept getting confused about what was in which dome and where you were and such.

i also created all of the signs there are 8 in total. 7 of them are the 7 letters as pictured below...

I also created a small sign that directs people to the mm share. below is a picture and you can see the sign in the background.

well i made some domes and tunnels to connect the domes today but cant seem to find the screenshots i took of them :( i will find them at a later date and post them. but the problem is that these domes are made with scripted shapes and the only way to be able to walk inside them is to have all of the walls as phantom objects wich means you can fly through them. but there doesnt seem to be anything we can do about it. ah well.

space station design and secret

we have now decided to go with a space station that is a cross between my initial idea and the spheres idea. there will be a donut shaped tube around a big sphere, this sphere will have a secret chamber above it that can only be accessed by solving a puzzle.
this puzzle would be a word, and the letters for this word will be scattered throughout the spheres coming off of the donut.

well i havnt been to class in 3 weeks because i have had tonsilitis, so today is the first class ive been to in about a month. today we are still deciding on what this space station is going to look like. i thought it should be a hollow donut shape like in these pictures below....

But we have decided to go with a shape that consists of spheres that are joined by tubes. i like this idea and it should be easy to make. each dome will have a different shop or place, ad there will also be living quarter domes for peoples own personal space.

I went to some shop for my image taking in secondlife. i was looking for a shop that sells drums to take my photo coz im a drummer, but instead ended up at a sex shop, as usual. i ended up giving up on the drums and took a photo of my self in a striping booth. Second life is full of perverts and sexaholics, so i joined them to fit in.

Postcard story

In the beginning…

It was one of those dark eerie nights that often plagues these cold winter woods. The fact that this old run down house holds no heat and the walls are as thin and fragile as cardboard, It seems to makes the outside seep into this place through every gap and crack. The dew that accompany the heavy fog make the wood around the doors swell up and make it hard to open and close doors, every hinge squeaks as the rusty pins grind against the opposing metal flushings. With windows broken in a manner that makes each breeze whistle through the shattered glass. This house is not the best place to be in winter, or for that matter any season of the year.

Then the fat one came…

This house wasn’t always so dilapidated and creepy. In the past it had once been a magnificent proud standing house.

Francis tried to make out the ice carving that was delivered to the door of his ice shanty at 3am this morning. He heard the hard slab of ice being placed at his doorstep, but didn’t bother getting up. “If you want your” something something “back before” something “you will have to milk”…. No “melt” something something “or the end of the word will come” “End of the word? damn this, just some crazy person” he shouted as he threw the slab against the wall. The slab now shattered into a thousand pieces lay scattered across he floor. “I got up early so im goin fishing, I will clean this mess up later” he said to himself. Francis grabbed his fishing pole and an ice drill and headed out the door.

Francis returned to his ice shanty 2 hours later with a bounty of fish in a bucket. Arrrgh!! He shouted as he tipped the bucket upside down. “The water froze again, how the hell am I meant to get the fish out”. So he threw the frozen core of ice in the corner of the kitchen with the fish trapped inside for the wife to deal with.

All the towns food is made from animals harvested from the zoo, it’s the only way he town can be sustained without use of fossil fuel etc. or the food is made from people from the neighbouring towns.

Mafia controls the town, runs the casino, ppl in debt end up as food for the other ppl in the town. People food store sells all the food.
